Refund policy

When you can get your money back, and when you can't. No small print games.

01The short version

If we never delivered, you get your money back. If we did deliver and you simply changed your mind, we generally can't refund, because access is granted instantly and can't be taken back off you.

02Why digital access is different

crying is a digital product. The moment your server is whitelisted, you have the whole thing: every command, the dashboard, the lot. There's nothing to return and nothing we can reclaim, which is why refunds after delivery are limited.

By buying, you're asking us to deliver access immediately and accepting that this limits any cooling-off right you might otherwise have had.

03When we will refund

We'll refund you in full if:

  • We never delivered. You paid and your server was never whitelisted, and we couldn't fix it.
  • You were charged twice for the same access.
  • The bot is broken beyond use for an extended period and we can't repair it.
  • We ended your access without you having broken these rules.

Ask within 14 days of the charge so we can still trace the payment easily.

04When we won't

  • You changed your mind after access was delivered and working.
  • Your server got deleted, banned, or you stopped using Discord.
  • Your access was removed for breaking the Terms of Service.
  • A feature you wanted doesn't exist. Ask us before buying and we'll tell you honestly.
  • Short outages, or a bug we've fixed or are fixing.
  • The purchase was made by someone else using your account without your knowledge, and you didn't tell us promptly.

05How to request one

Open a ticket in our Discord server and include:

  • The Discord account that made the purchase.
  • Roughly when you paid, and how.
  • The server ID it was for.
  • What went wrong.

We aim to give you an answer within 72 hours. Approved refunds go back the way you paid, and how long they take to land is up to your payment provider, usually a few working days.

06Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a chargeback. It's faster, and it doesn't end with you locked out.

A chargeback filed without contacting us first results in access being suspended for every server on that account until it's resolved.

07Transfers instead of refunds

If your situation doesn't qualify for a refund but something genuinely went wrong, we'd rather sort it out than argue. Moving your access to a different server, or extending it, is usually possible. Just ask.
