refund policy

crying is a paid bot. this policy explains when refunds are and are not issued.
1. all sales are final
because crying provides immediate digital access, all purchases are final by default. please make sure the bot fits your needs before buying — you can ask us anything in the discord server first.
2. when we will refund
- you were charged twice for the same purchase;
- you paid but never received access, and support could not resolve it within 72 hours;
- a major advertised feature was permanently unavailable during your entire access period.
3. when we will not refund
- you changed your mind after receiving access;
- your access was revoked for breaking our terms of service;
- temporary downtime or discord outages outside our control;
- you were removed or banned from the server the bot was purchased for.
4. how to request a refund
open a ticket in our discord server or email support@crying.rest within 7 days of purchase. include your discord username, purchase date, and the reason for the request. approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. chargebacks
filing a chargeback instead of contacting support will result in a permanent ban from the service for you and any associated servers. talk to us first — we're reasonable.
