these terms of service ("terms") govern your use of the crying discord bot and the crying.rest website (together, the "service"). by adding crying to a server, using its commands, or using this website, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. eligibility

you must meet discord's minimum age requirement and comply with the discord terms of service and community guidelines at all times while using crying.

2. paid access

crying is a paid bot. access is granted after purchase, which is handled through our discord server. prices, plans and what is included may change at any time. purchases are subject to our refund policy.

3. acceptable use

you agree not to:

• use the service to break discord's terms, community guidelines, or any applicable law;
• abuse, spam, exploit, or attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell, share, or transfer paid access without our permission;
• use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.

we may limit, suspend, or terminate access for any server or user that violates these terms, without notice and without refund.

4. availability

we work to keep crying online 24/7, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

5. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, crying and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

6. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
