Terms of Service

The rules for using crying and crying.rest.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance

By adding crying to your server, purchasing access, or using crying.rest, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the bot or the site.

2. The service

crying is a premium, paid Discord bot. Access is granted per server after purchase and whitelisting inside our Discord support server. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use crying to break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass others, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments & access

Access is sold on a per-server basis and handled through our Discord. Whitelisting is tied to the server you purchase for. Sharing or transferring access without approval may result in removal.

5. Availability

We aim for 24/7 uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages or Discord-side issues may temporarily affect availability.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are broken, if payment is reversed, or if the bot is misused. You can stop using crying at any time by removing it from your server.

7. Liability

crying is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the bot or site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
